The cherry street project
This is a 1/3 acre lot on a quiet street in the heart of Grantsville and is within walking distance of Grantsville Elementary, Grantsville Jr High, and Grantsville High schools.
It has a stunning view of the Stansbury Mountains.

The project began as a complete renovation. The inside needed a full gutting, and the landscape needs a makeover, too. Our goal was to keep the original home intact and to renew it. The first step was to tear down some sheetrock and walls in order to determine exactly what work needs to be done.
As we dug into the walls and analyzed the house's structure and foundation, we found that significant work would be needed on the original house's foundation.
Although the intent was to keep the original home in place, we determined that the best solution would be to tear down the house and begin with a new build.
